The 30th Tokyo International Film Festival Opening Event – Red Carpet will be held on October 25, 2017 (Wed).
 
Following are the information of admission procedures for Opening Event – Red Carpet Roppongi Hills Arena viewing area for general standing audiences.

■ Date: 2017 October 25 (Wed) 15:00 – 18:00 (tentative)
■ Venue: Roppongi Hills Arena venue details Here. Viewing at standing area only.
■ Numbered ticket distribution starts from 9:00 am
■ Distribution Location: Roppongi Hills Arena Reception
■ Admission time: 14:30 (tentative)
*Admission will be introduced in following order.
Priority area guests （Participants who supported Tokyo International Film Festival through Crowdfunding and affiliates)
The guests in wheelchair or those who are assisted by the caretaker or needs the company of helpers.
The guests with preschoolers, Customers holding numbered tickets and are accompanied by preschool children (must hold numbered tickets for the total number of people).
The guests with general viewing tickets.
 
【Notes】
-Numbered tickets to be exchanged with admission tickets will be chosen on lottery basis and first come first serve doesn’t mean the admission tickets will be collected. If admission number exceeds the limit at the time of numbered tickets distribution, you may not be able to receive the numbered tickets.
-When admitted at 14:30, you will be asked to make a line in the order of numbered tickets and will be admitted after receiving the baggage inspection.
-Making queue or standing by during midnight and early morning at venue area or placing your luggage to keep your place is prohibited.
-If the above act is discovered, distribution method and its place may be changed without notice.
-You can start waiting at queue for the ticket distribution after 7:00 am on Oct. 25 (Wed).
-Please note that you cannot start queuing before 7:00 am.
-The distribution of tickets will end as soon as all tickets are handed out.
-The distribution of general viewing tickets is one ticket per person.
-Please note that there will be no re-issuing of lost tickets.
-Baggage inspection and physical examination with a use of metal detector may be carried out prior to entering the viewing area.
-If the consent is not obtained, we will reserve the right to refuse the admission.
-Please note that there are no restrooms in the viewing area.
-Due to the Japanese and foreign media coverages held at the venue, please note that the image of audiences may be broadcasted.
-The use of umbrellas and parasols in the venue are prohibited to prevent risk of accidents. Please use the raincoat at the time of rainy weather.
-Please note that the event may change or be postponed due to bad weather, natural disaster or sponsor’s change of circumstances.
-Please follow the security guards and attendants’ instructions at the venue. We may refuse the admission to the venue or participation of the event if you do not follow the instructions.
-We may apply restriction on the day of the event to prevent accidents and confusion.
