Kenji Ishizaka; Programming director of Tokyo International Film Festival (TIFF), will sit on a head of jury for the Southeast Asian Short Film Competition of Singapore International Film Festival 2017. It will take place in the city of Ochard from November 23th to December 3rd, 2017.
The full Festival line-up will be announced in 24th October 2017.
